Property.co.zw, the nation’s premier property portal boasting an average of 400,000 visitors, has officially launched the first-ever Zimbabwe Real Estate Awards.
This groundbreaking event is poised to be a celebration of excellence in the dynamic real estate industry.
The awards, set to be a yearly affair, will serve as a prestigious platform to recognise and honour the visionaries, innovators, and trailblasers who have significantly contributed to shaping the landscape of Zimbabwe’s real estate sector.
With over 8,000 properties for sale and rent hosted on its platform and a substantial network of 200 real estate agencies and 20 property developers, Property.co.zw is well-positioned to host an event that will acknowledge the outstanding individuals and organisations that have left an indelible mark on the industry.
Property.co.zw business manager, Toddy Chikomo, expressed the significance of the awards, stating: “The Zimbabwe Real Estate Awards aims to both recognize and celebrate the industry’s leading stakeholders and top achievers.
“This inclusive approach ensures that all deserving professionals, regardless of their size or recognition, have a chance to shine.”
The awards, organized with the goal of fostering healthy competition and promoting best practices, will not only recognize the largest and most well-known names in the industry but also the rising stars and emerging talents who are making significant contributions.
A panel of esteemed judges, comprising industry experts and thought leaders, will assess the nominations, whose submissions closed on the 10th of November 2023. The top three finalists will be announced, and an exclusive black-tie gala ceremony will be held on the 30th of November 2023 at The Venue Conference Centre in Avondale, Harare.
The gala ceremony, set to be attended by up to 120 selected guests, finalists, industry stakeholders, and media, will not only announce the winners of each category but will also provide attendees with networking opportunities and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Keynote speeches by industry veterans and interactive panel discussions are expected to offer invaluable insights into current trends, challenges, and opportunities within the real estate market.
