The celebrity couple - who moved to America last year after David signed a multi-million pound deal with soccer team Los Angeles Galaxy - are said to be spending increasing amounts of time apart as they pursue their own interests. David, 33, is reportedly desperate to return to European soccer, while Victoria, 34, is determined to increase her profile by staying in the US. "David has to move back to Europe if he wants to continue to play international football," a source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper. "Victoria still believes they can make it big in America, but she fears a move back to Europe could kill off their Hollywood future for ever." It has been claimed David's proposed loan deal with a Spanish or Italian team this winter could be "the straw which break's the camel's back". The new claims come shortly after David - who has been married to the former Spice Girl for nine years - admitted he and Victoria find it tough being under constant scrutiny. "We have quite a lot of pressure, honestly, as a couple. But we've had that since we first started going out, so we've got used to it over the years. We have a way of working through it by looking out for each other," he said. However, their three sons - Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, six and three-year-old Cruz - help put their troubles in perspective. "Having children around takes all the pressure away. Either of us could have had the worst day at work, but it doesn't matter because then you come home and see your sons smiling," David added. - Bang Showbiz.com Bang |

Russell Brand gave Britney Spears sex advice when they filmed the MTV Video Music Awards together.
The British comedian - who caused outrage when he hosted the prestigious ceremony earlier this month - admits he couldn't resist passing on his bedroom tips to the troubled singer at the event. "I did describe one very basic sexual technique to Britney, which I think she would have hugely benefited from. But I wasn't able to demonstrate, so it was a dismal failure," he said. Last week, the pair enjoyed a dinner date together, sparking rumours they had started a relationship. Russell - who starred in Forgetting Sarah Marshall and can soon be seen in Adam Sandler's movie Bedtime Stories - also revealed the differences between British and US audiences. "When an English journalist asks that question, they want me to go, 'American audiences are stupid.' But that is not what I've found," He added to Rolling Stone magazine. "I made a documentary about Jack Kerouac a year ago, and travelling across America I met people that look like slack-jawed, gap-toothed hillbillies. I thought, 'This'll be a laugh.' "But when I went to talk to them, they talked about Noam Chomsky, the Federal Reserve, the worthlessness of the dollar - there was unbelievable awareness. "A mistake that I will never make is to forget that there is a distinction between American foreign policy and the American people." - Bang Showbiz.com
